Criteria

To qualify you must be in need of social housing accommodation, and ideally should be at State Pension retirement

age or older. You must have resided in the parish of Hawkhurst or a neighbouring parish for at least the last 3 years, or have close relatives who already live in the parish. You must be capable of independent living.
